1. The service
Courtyard provides AI-assisted video composition from your uploaded architectural renders. Output is delivered as an mp4 file.
2. Account & eligibility
You must be 18+ and own the rights to the content you upload. One person/entity per account.
3. Production time & billing
Packages are sold as seconds of AI animation production. A silent clip uses its own duration; a clip with generated audio uses twice its duration. Purchased production time never expires. Unused packages are refundable within 14 days. Failed renders are automatically restored to your production time after 3 retries.
4. Your content & rights
You retain all rights to renders you upload. By using the service you grant Courtyard a limited license to process them solely to produce the output. Output mp4s are licensed for full commercial use, including client deliverables.
5. Music
Stock music is licensed (Pixabay CC0). If you upload your own audio, you certify that you hold the rights. Courtyard accepts no liability for user-uploaded audio infringement.
6. Acceptable use
No content depicting illegal acts, hate, defamation, or that infringes third-party IP. We may suspend accounts that violate this policy and refund any unused production time.
7. Service availability & limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is". Our liability is limited to fees paid in the last 12 months. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
8. Changes & contact
