Delivery and Returns

1. Delivery
Courtyard is a fully digital service, no physical shipment is made. The production time you purchase is credited to your account the moment your payment is confirmed. When you start a render in the studio, your video is produced and can be downloaded as an mp4 from your account once ready. Production usually completes within a few minutes; the maximum provision period is 30 days.
2. Returns and withdrawal
You may return purchased but unused production time within 14 days for a full refund. The right of withdrawal cannot be used for production time whose provision has begun (render started) and completed (digital service exception). Time from failed renders is restored to your account after 3 automatic attempts, with no action required from you.
3. Return process and contact
