2. Subject of the agreement
This agreement governs the sale and provision of the digital animation production service purchased electronically by the Buyer through courtyard.works, and the rights and obligations of the parties, in accordance with Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Regulation on Distance Contracts.
3. Service and price
Courtyard is a per-second digital production service that generates AI-assisted video from architectural renders uploaded by the Buyer. Packages are sold at the price shown on the site in TRY, taxes included, at the time of purchase. A silent clip consumes production time equal to its own duration; a clip generated with audio consumes twice its duration.
4. Payment
Payment is collected by credit/debit card in a single installment via 3D Secure through the iyzico infrastructure. Your card details are never seen or stored by Courtyard; payment is processed by the licensed payment institution iyzico.
5. Provision and delivery
The service is digital, there is no physical delivery. The purchased production time is credited to the Buyer's account the moment payment is confirmed. When the Buyer starts a render in the studio, the video is produced and, once ready, can be downloaded as an mp4 from their account. Provision is completed within 30 days at the latest.
6. Right of withdrawal
The Buyer may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days for purchased but unused production time, before provision begins, and receive a full refund. Requests: info@courtyard.works. Pursuant to Article 15 of the Regulation on Distance Contracts, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for digital services whose provision has begun (render started) and completed with the Buyer's consent; such production time is deemed consumed. Time from failed renders is automatically restored after 3 attempts.
7. Dispute resolution
For disputes arising from this agreement, the Buyer may apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committee or Consumer Court at their place of residence, within the monetary limits announced by the Ministry of Trade. For any questions, please first contact info@courtyard.works.
